Can I park there ?
Yes You can, there will be free parking on the farm and exhibition area.
What is the price of tickets ?
Participation in the event is subject to mandatory registration.
Participation in the event is subject to mandatory registration. Ticket prices: Participation in the event is payable: 35 PLN for a normal ticket bought on the day of the event. The condition of participation in the price of 25 PLN for a ticket is online registration by May 11, 2020.
To take advantage of the free participation:
- contact the Agricultural Chamber / Agricultural Advisory Center / Event partners listed on the site
- if you plan to come with at least two colleagues (breeders) – contact the Organizer for an individual promotional code.
Do I have to print tickets ?
To enter the event, you must show the admission ticket with the bar code marked on it. The ticket will be sent before the event by email to the address provided during registration.
The ticket can be presented both in paper – printed and electronic form – a PDF file downloaded to the phone.
Are places limited ?
The number of places is limited – 700 people.
What is the event time ?
Registration begins at 8:00.
The official opening event at 9:00,
Anticipating ending around 17:00.
How to attend the event ?
Participation in the event is subject to mandatory registration.
For this purpose, you can book a place using our website, then we – the Organizers call back and present the possibilities of participation (we have various forms of participation).
If you are interested in participating – we send a special link to the registration form.
After receiving the registration (completed form) – a proforma invoice is sent.
If the proforma is paid – up to 2 days before the event a PDF ticket will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the registration.
If we do not note the payment – you will be able to pay on the spot and receive an admission ticket at this time.
You can come to the event and take part in it without prior registration and reservation of the site by the site – registration is then made on the spot on the day of the event, paying a fee of 35 PLN. It is possible as long as the number of participants does not exceed the planned limit.
How the event look like ?
The event consists of several parts:
- theoretical
– during which useful lectures for participants are given
- practical
– demonstration of green machinery in the demonstration fields
– exhibition zone (promotional stands of partners)
– visiting the farm.
To who the event is addressed ?
Event addressed to persons connected with the dairy market:
– dairy farmers and service employees
– companies related to the dairy industry and possessing products or services providing services for agriculture
– Representatives of state institutions, agricultural or dairy organizations and associations, dairy relations
Will a certificate be issued ?
The organizer can issue a certificate of participation in an industry event – training.
However, please inform in advance. Preferably by sending such a request based on the email address- dm@inconventus.pl.
Certificates will be available for collection at participants’ REGISTRATION booth.
What registration is and how it is done ?
Registration for the event is made through a special form sent by email to participants who have booked a seat via the event page. There is a possibility of free participation in the event. Breeders who:
- will receive a registration link and a promotional code from the dairy / Agricultural Chamber / Agricultural Advisory Center
- will contact the Organizer with information about the planned group arrival (at least 3 people) – they will receive from the Organizer a special registration link and a promotional code and will use it to register
- will receive a rebate code and a registration link from Partners of the 5th edition of the National Milk Day.
They receive a free event ticket.
Otherwise, participation is paid and amounts to:
– 25 PLN based on online registration
– 35 PLN if registration took place on the day of the event).
When online registration ends ?
Online registration closes on May 11.
Does the booking involve costs ?
Seat reservations do not entail any costs and do not oblige to participate in the event.
After booking the place – we will contact you and present opportunities for participation and special promotions.
If you want to participate – a registration link will be sent.
Will there be catering facilities ?
The organizer provides all-day coffee and tea for event participants.
There will also be a food court on site, including with foodtrucks where you can buy something to eat.
What is the +2 promotion ?
The promotion is based on the fact that when applying to us, it should be noted that at least 2 other people are planning to come to the event (for example, colleagues from other farms). Then a rebate code will be sent, which every participant from the planned group of people should enter in the registration form. If the promotional code is not entered – a fee of 25 PLN will be charged.
